Freaking World Cup!!
And we lost last June 30 against Germany (grrr), even though we played better (and we were doing good in every match) they scored a bit before the game was over...and we went to penalties...and we lost...x( Nothing personal but dammit Germany!! We should've won!!!
Yesterday Germany lost against Italy =D , yeah I'm not a mean person but I was cheering for Italy (and so was absolutely everybody in Argentina, people screamed, honked (??) well you know that thing on the car...don't know the English word for that... and lit up fireworks!!! It was total madness). Brasil lost too, even though I didn't want them to win another worldcup (they have 5 already) I was shocked that they lost. Now I'm kinda expecting Portugal to win this championship, I like them (specially Figo ;P ). In a previous game Argentina won against Mexico, it was a pity (I didn't want my country to disqualify Mexico, I like them! and they played really well, it was a tough game & I ended up with a headache!). Anyways, a lot of suffering with World Cup 2006...
I wrote before that I sign in padanistillness, it's an icon stillness community. There're icon challenges and we recently had our first header challenge where my friend laury_kos won, congratulations!! On challenge #43 my icon ended up 2nd in a tie with yellowdartvader!, laury_kos came up 1st (her icons are always great!) & for challenge #44 one of mine ended up 1st, yeahh! and another icon of mine was the Mod's Choice. I'm sooo happy. That made my week after the worldcup fiasco. I think my icons are finally turning into what I want, it takes a bit more work but it's worth it. I like being part of a community :), it feels great. Oh what's next? Yeah I have to upload my icons!! I know, and post them once and for all, I wanted to have lots of icons made 'cause the first bunch I did weren't very good. I promised to show them soon! Ok, I have to stop writing now and leave the phone line (I'm at work ;D ).
