So, Parker's "accident" was totally lulzy, but his scenes with Liberty today were actually really good. You guys know that I normally do not like Liberty and her continued antics, but today she was super sweet and she really tried to take care of Parker. Not to mention their cute bickering when the random dude wanted to go smoke weed and Liberty was like, "Parker's not into drugs and booze. Or cheeseburgers." And Parker says, "Or things that start with the letter K." HAHAHAHA. Very cute. And Liberty gave her shirt up to Parker's injury, and then they snuggled together to keep warm.
And then Parker passed out. LOL!
It was very sweet, though. But why didn't either of them try to use their cell phones to call Jack and Carly or the hotel or something? I don't understand. I mean, the phone might not have worked in the woods, but they didn't even try.
But! I think this is leading up to the new Liberty storyline, yes? They're going to take Parker to the hospital to get his leg bandaged, and that's when they're going to find out about Liberty's leukemia. That's my guess, anywho. :-)
And Jack today, OMG. I'm telling you, Jack is just a hair below Holden on my Best Fathers in the Universe list. Jack was SO DAMN CUTE with Sage today, even though she finally 'fessed up about the Miss Snowflake pageant. He kissed her cheek and everything! Oh God. He's such a good dad, especially when Sage was scared of the competition and Jack was all, "She's AWFUL!" even though she wasn't. LOL. Oh, Jack Snyder, I love you to bits.
And Janet comes to get her man! You go girl. Jack was also very sweet with Janet. And he still doesn't want his marriage annulled. Good boy. And Janet wants to keep trying. But is she going to tell Jack the truth about Dusty?
Jack and Carly were also great today. Carly was really funny in the closet, especially when Jack was trying to help her be more comfortable and she was like, "NOT THERE!" Haha. Bad touch, bad touch! Except not really. I'm pretty sure Carly doesn't mind Jack's wandering hands. :-P Who would?
But, I agree, Jack and Carly need to S-P-E-L-L I-T O-U-T for Sage, because she's totally not understanding their situation. If this little stunt with Detroit is not proof enough, then I don't know what is. Sage needs everything specifically explained for her.
And the answer to Sage's question, about how Carly and Jack still love each other? DUH. That's because when you LOVE someone, when you've been married to them and share kids with them, no matter what happens, there will always be a part of you that loves them. And Jack and Carly have this long and complicated history together, which only compounds their feelings for one another. So yeah, of course they love each other. It's just the magnitude of the love that counts. If it's big enough, then they will be together. And if not, then Jack will go back to Janet and Carly will go on to do her own thing. That's all. :-)
So now Simon/Katie/Henry/Clarissa aka cheap Vienna Knock-Off.
HENRY, STAY AWAY! OMG, FOR REAL. ONE OF YOUR BEST FRIENDS JUST DIED BECAUSE YOU GOT YOURSELF IN A TON OF SHIT, AND YOU WANT TO JUMP IN AGAIN?! No, Henry. Please. Don't do this.
Of course, he's going to. But...argh!
And Simon was so sweet today. He took the money from Clarissa and the first thing he did was go to Katie's and ask to take her out! Aw. I really like Simon. ♥
But I don't like Clarissa. Not because she's a con artist or whatever, but because she's snobby. Ugh. Get over yourself.
:-)
