It's All About the Kids...and Stupid Molly and Silas - Today's Recap, 5/27/10

May 27, 2010 19:36

Wanna know what made me crack up?

Craig's preview for tomorrow, in which he's strangling the hell out of Gabriel in their shared jail cell. "I would NEVER hurt one of my kids! But I might just kill him a little bit!" HAHAHAHAHAHA. Way to prove yourself a good father, Craig.

So. Today.

Molly and Silas? Zzzzzzzzz's. Seriously...somebody wake me up when Holden's flattening Silas out with his oar and then kicking Molly out of the farm. Really, guys...yesterday Holden asked Molly to stop lying to him and she promised she would, and then today happens. What the hell, Molly? Are you trying to lose Holden?! She's basically handing him away. And why she keeps running after Silas - if even just to yell at him to piss off - is BEYOND me. Now today she's gotten herself into even more trouble with him, because on top of him spying on her when she's about to get it on with Holden (uh...that reaches levels of creepiness my brain can't process), now he's threatening her life.

And the waterworks are back! Oh, great.

And it's nice to see that Faith is her wonderful bitch-ass self. That girl needs to remove the pole from her ass PRONTO. And really...that line of hers, the, "If you're going to accuse me of being a drug dealer again, I don't want to hear it," to Holden? REALLY? If I had ever told one of my parents that I "didn't want to hear it" from them when I was a kid, rest assured I'd be hearing it for the rest of the night! Where does that girl get off?

Argh. She pisses me off BIG-TIME! PS - I say again, if you hadn't been a f*cktard in the first place, Faith, both Lily and Holden would TRUST you! DB!

But you know who redeemed herself from the other day? Liberty. She talked very sensibly with Gabriel about the whole "I didn't know my father" thing, and she actually convinced Gabriel to move into Lily's since he has nowhere else to go (and it's better than the hospital). Unfortunately, two minutes after Gabriel sets foot in the Lilypad, he ends up stealing Lily's car on the advice of Faith (PS - what kinda dumb shit leaves the keys to their car in the glove compartment? You might as well tack a "STEAL ME" sign on the windshield) and then he gets arrested for not having a license! And then he winds up in the same jail cell as Craig. AHAHAHAHAHA. Gabriel = TOOL.

But Parker remains awesome. After Carly basically said GTFO to him and Sage after dinner, he takes Sage out for ice cream at Al's and a movie she wanted to see. Faith's all gaga over him now because of what happened with Gabriel ("OMG I'm totes mad at him b/c he tried to steal your money, Parker!"), and she ends up telling Parker that Gabriel is staying with Lily. Parker is a good boy, though, and says it's probably just because Lily wants to help out.

Carly and Jack discuss their issues at home and decide, for better or worse (with hopefully more better than worse), they are made for one another. Hee. They hug and kiss and it was all so sweet. ♥ YAY! Though I have a feeling that when the baby is born (or even some time before then), things are gonna get screwy again. :-P

I actually liked this episode a lot. It had a nice homey feel to it. I could do without Silas and that whole thing, but everything else was neat. Lily was happy (and Noelle looked gorgeous in that blue dress and jacket she had on) and Holden was well, Holden ♥ and we even got to see Sage! Too bad I'm still hating Faith for all she's worth. If she thinks she can get Parker, she's got another thing coming. The two of them are practically oil and water right now. Her moral compass does not point the same direction as Parker's does.

I would have liked to have seen Carly and Jack go to Al's and the movies with Parker and Sage. After a nice family dinner, they could have had a fun family outing. Oh, well.

It's Friday tomorrow! And Memorial Day weekend! BOYS and WHEE! :-D
