Translation: The person dying is not Chloe! I mean, we knew this, but to hear it from him just makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. I wonder who the person who "qualifies as a vet" is then? Could it be that my assumption is true? Only time will tell. Until then, I'll live in my own happy little world. I knew he was a Chloe fan, I just knew it. He also gave a good SPN spoiler, too.
