Educational, Academic Rock-Star-dom

I had the opportunity to hear Noam Chomsky speak tonight, on Crises and the Unipolar Moment.  Tomorrow, my department has a 2-hour seminar with him. This is now all sorts of amazing, and in fact, the lecture tonight was my first brush with academic rock-star-dom.

Of course, it would have been even better if I'd had a *slightly* better idea of who he was, prior to the lecture.

*feels very, very uneducated*
