another day with quogue...

So after much confusion I was finally able to hook up with the Quogue guys at Sean's house to get CDs. It was good times. Toria and I went out to eat at the resturant Jay works at and after that we went with my mpm to pick up the chrystler and from there Toria and I headed to Sean's house under the impression that practice started at 7:00. So we get there and Sean's sisters answer the door and they tell me they're at Colton's. So I call Colton and he tells me practice is at Sean's at 7:30 but they're gunna be late. So I take Toria home (she lives all the way out in Chantilly which is damn far from where I was.) Anyway I called Maggie and she said she would come with me to Sean's house. So I get back to Vienna and wait for Maggie at Starbucks and Colton finally calls me to let me know the guys are all at Sean's house now which is just crazy cuz now it's like 5 after 8 haha. So Maggie decides to just meet me there so i go on my merry way and get to Sean's house and go down to the basement and Cliff greets me with a big 'HEY!' and then he goes 'We have CDs this time for ya!' and Sam gives me an easy mac box full of CDs and i was like 'How many are you giving me?' and he goes 'Take um all and bring um to shows with you and sell um there for us.' i was like 'Oh okay!' Then I tell them about Maggie and they're like 'cool' so Maggie gets there and we're chillin and Sean goes 'Let's do the new song.' and I got excited cuz they said new song! But not only was it a new song they did 'The Weight of Water' the lyrics are incredible but I heard it put to music and it kicks ass! It kicks major ass! I love it! I hope they play it on Saturday becuase that would just kick so much ass! I feltl ike a big dork becuase I already knew the words to the chorus. Yea I'm a dork. Then they did 'Domino Effect' Which is my favorite song. I loved it! Cliff was being such a dork tonight it was adorable! They were all just being so goofy it definetly made me smile...a lot. Like everytime one of the guys looked over at me I was smiling. Anyway...Maggie left shortly after and then they did 'Suffocating', 'Edge of the World', and then 'Unstable' then Colton left. So it was just me Sean, Sam, and Cliff. So we're all just chillin and they're telling me all these crazy stories and playing with the didgeridoo and just being dorks and as i was really about the leave Sean goes 'Do you wanna hear Cliff's new song?' and i was like 'SURE!' and Sean goes 'It sucks...the chorus it terrible.' So Cliff starts playing and singing and i realize it's 'Until Love'. So I asked Sean and he goes 'I dunno..' and I look at Cliff and he nodded and i was like 'Yea I check the site and those lyrics are up...i'm a dork.' Anyway it sounded really good then I said 'Play Lucky Numbers!' and Cliff goes 'I'm not in tune for it.' and i was like 'Please I haven't heard that song in forever! Please!!!' So he did the prelude and started playing and he would mess up and sam was like 'Cliff you're fired.' and Sean was like 'You better not do that when we play it on the 3rd.' and Cliff completly stops and goes 'We're playing this?' then i was like 'Finish the song!' and he looks at me and goes 'OK!' It was really funny. So he played that and then i realized it was 10:00 so I left but it was so much fun! Oh yea and with the easy mac box full of CDs, Cliff goes 'Carry that box around school and everyone will think it's easy mac and be like BOOM! Quogue CDs bitch!' We also talked about the new BG stuff and I asked them if they had gotten 'This Could Be My Year' and they said they heard Scott's soft version of it and I was like 'Yea it needs to be bigger I think it's too weak but then again the other times I've heard it it was live and way better!' and they all pretty much agreed and we all agreed that the other stuff wasn't that bad. Then I siad that they offically changed their name to Daydream Theory and Sam goes 'NO! I begged them NOT to change their name at all but i hate that name!' hah it was great. OH hahah when Maggie and i were there Sam made an elephant sound in the microphone and Maggie and i stopped our conversation and looked at him and he goes 'it's an elephant...' then like points outside. It was so funny...i guess you had to have been there. hah another funny thing that happened I told sean and cliff and sam how i found my first quogue CD 'Escape to Quogue' and i was listening to it and remembered it had the first version of 'When I See You' on it and Sean goes 'That versions better isn't it?' and i was like 'I love hte clapping.' and sean goes 'Yea see Cliff everyone likes the first version!'

So then I get back home and find out my mom wanted to have a talk with me about the cuts on my ankles. I'm done with talking to her about this stuff. I can't talk to her about this stuff...I just can't. I'm so over her being in everything. I also told her I want to see Dr Cobb again. I felt a lot better when I was seeing him and not this Dr Lee chick. So I just left a message for him hopefully he'll call back and we can set up an appointment....i need to go back to him though...i need too. I was a lot better when i was seeing him once a week.

Okay this entry has gotten really long so I'm going to bed...good night!
