1) WOW cafe theatre bbq was very nice! The finale of the 30th anniversary of the collective, the Pearl festival.
I've been part of it for 1/3 that time, 10 years, and that's kind of astounding to me, yet not - it's a ready source of interesting, generally agreeable people and projects!  YAY!

Now I'm seriously questioning the idea of having a thesaurus-happy main character. Though I think I'm going to just gather up my synonyms (The Sage is a really nifty free combination dictionary/thesaurus that I downloaded) and jump on in.
