Normally, this doesn't happen to me.
I know everyone's posting about how sick they are, so I'll spare you all the bitching. Suffice to say, I can't remember the last time I've been this miserable because of a virus. I've all but OD'd on Nyquil, but it's not helping. The Buonocore household is home sick today. And probably the rest of the week.
State writing test is today, which sucks, because I'll have to make it up. In addition, I was supposed to start collecting data for my science project today. I need five consecutive days to do it, which means I'll have to wait until next week.
In other news, Taichou's birthday was fantastic. Safari Sam's is incredible. Even with my throat closed to the size of a pin, I had a lot of fun scrambling around on the jungle gym. Pizza was delish, and Taichou's PH cake was epic win. We need to return on another date when we're not all sick or about to get sick.
On that note, apologies to those who came down with the death during the party. It was kind of inevitable, but we're still really sorry. Hope you all get better soon!
