There's too much dirt here! ;)
Been very busy lately. The quarter ends this coming week so I am madly trying to pull up my grades for the progress reports. Art is the main thing that I am still behind in. I need to get that done.
Alot has been going on lately. Went to Elaine's party up at Incline last weekend. That was a blast. We played Catch Phrase, sat in the hot tub for 4 hours while playing Truth or Dare, and listened to Patrick give Linda, me, and Nathan the "birds and the bees" with sock puppets. Twas a very fun and amusing weekend.
This past week has been very emotional. On Wednesday during 2nd period there was a mock drunk driving accident with people we actually knew in the cars. It was very scary. They used the jaws of life to pull the car doors open, Erin Sande was sentenced to 60 years in jail, Jordan Berry became a paraplegic, Alex Bacchus was pulled from the car and died on the scene, Alyse (sp?) Drakulich was taken to the hospital and later died, and Jordan Morris only suffered minor injuries. While this was very depressing I was really crying on Thursday at the memorial service. They had guest speakers and Mr. Sullivan gave a speech and it just really made me realize how precious life is and how lucky I am to be alive.
Been going and cheering on the baseball team lately. We are really good this year. Simpson hit 4 home runs! Been very exciting past few days.
Prom is next weekend. I got my dress. It's like sea green, long, with sparkles, it makes me look thinner, and I feel like Tinkerbell! Don't have a date, altho I am going in a limo with the gals. We are getting ready at my house and then sara's mom is making a really fancy dinner. Should be a ton of fun. I wanna go bowling afterwards :) There is a big crowd of us going too!
