I woke up energized this morning!! Fed the dogs; let them out for their bio brake; water the flowers; got dressed in sweats & Powerwalked 3 miles. It took me an hour though. I think it was the humidity and the rain. Thank God I brought my rain jacket and wore my straw hat

I'm delighted that you are going to make the Cucumber/Mint Soup. My son eats it, and he dislikes vegetables. I just don't tell him what it is. :-) Tell me what you think when you eat it.

Well, we need to break apart your situation. Before I can really provide you with any proper feedback, I have a few comments and questions.
@ 5'4" your weight range is suppose to be 112-120 lbs. The calculation is: 5' equals 100 lbs; times every inch after 5' by 3 and 5 to obtain the range. Your body structure would determine whether you should be at the low end or high end. In addition, I'm noticing that models seems to be calculating by 2, which would be 108 for you. Since you are within the range, your body may be resisting.
Binging and purging will definitely screw up your metabolism, especially if you are binging on high-fat, starchy carbs, which will increase your insulin and will be stored as fat as a result.
Since 80% of weight loss has to do with your food intake, what is your Meal Plan -- time of day and foods?
You need to be more specific about your Exercise Routine -- time of day; length of time; frequency. Based upon all of the activities that you outlined above, you may be over-training, which you have to be careful of.
@ 110-115, I assure you, you do not have "plenty of fat;" but I understand your obsession.
BTW, what is your weight goal and in what time frame?
