Burning Man
The final call has been made, no Burning Man for us this year. Time and resources are too little. This is the only responsible move. Being responsible sucks sometimes. I am not really disappointed because I am happier feeling like my family is taken care of. I am even happy for Ish to discover what it is like to run without me. Also, getting our house together makes more sense. Maybe paint a wall or two.
Resume making starts tonight. Long time coming. Don't want the kids to miss me but I am so ready to miss them a bit. I want to start by temping, just to get in the groove.
Had a great weekend. Partied like its 1999. Sweet. Nice to notice how I have changed.
