Have you ever applied for a mortgage? Scary scary stuff. 30 years of payments- man I am officially old. I am actually meeting with a real estate agent this week. I will own a house within the next few months if all goes well. Matt & I were approved for something rediculous like 250,000- I, however, have been informed that I am more of a liability than an asset b/c of being a full time student (apparently that is an "unstable" source of income)- the figure goes down without me on the mortgage... i guess we only have 150,000 now.
