And in Echo Bazaar I've somehow managed to be arrested three times in two days. Huh.
You ever have one of those periods where you are multi-fannish for, like, everything, but you do not actually produce anything, because you are too busy veering from one fandom to the next every other day and you are kind of sad because for a few weeks you thought you might have actually settled down again but noooo, you had to get all (quietly) crazy over White Collar again, and then you flail for days over Kuroshitsuji but then you have to flail about Monster and you've still got fic commitments from that fandom you thought you were going to settle down with and you discover that crossdressing manga you thought you'd check out is 23 volumes long and catching up on Merlin is sloooowwww and really you'd be perfectly happy if you could just watch Shiki every day but that Baccano! vid ain't gonna make itself and aaaaaahhhhhh
BUT ANYWAY
Words that are guaranteed to make me curl up in a happy shivery little ball: "18,000 words of PG-13 Dieter POV genfic five years post-series", which is to say, holy crap the Monster fandom apparently has some good fic after all maybe or something? I just kind of really love the idea that Dr. Reichwein's house ends up being a commune for every character ever. It sorta makes me want to write a story about Dieter's first-ever parent-teacher conference, because parent-teacher conferences for kids with unusual family situations are always the best and the idea of him trying to awkwardly explain how he has like three dads and two moms brings me endless joy. AT LEAST THE SOCCER BALL IS NORMAL.
My classes this quarter seem suspiciously light on homework, which makes me wonder if I really do have a talent for picking such things; perhaps the universe is making up for my First Two Freshman Quarters Of Hell. The universe has also seen fit to bestow upon me secret yoga lessons, though, so I am unsure what it is thinking. (You'd assume Voice For Performance would involve learning about your voice. Two classes in and all we've done is body. But it's good exercise and barely any homework so what do I care.)
