Snow and all such
No Mom, it's not your imagination, we are getting whacked this year with snow! Dad and I have been taking turns taking care of the snow and bringing Daikon and BB out to help too. Well, not that they're a lot of help, but they love to play with those tiny kid shovels they have. Poor Daikon tried to do the "catching snowflake" thing, but there are just too many for him to know where to start. He's gotten a little cranky about that, but nothing we men couldn't handle... once we snuck into the kitchen and snuck out a cookie for him.
Piper has been coming out and helping us too. We're alternating between shovels and energy, which I guess qualifies this as a workout, not that we didn't get one this morning in the next instalment of the snowball wars! I got to meet my new troops. They seem like a good bunch of folks. I'm glad, cause we'll be depending on each other soon, possibly saving each other's lives.
All this snow and it's vacation week. Wow, that doesn't seem quite fair, does it? I mean, I can still get out if I want, but I'm betting not much would be open. But, it doesn't matter, because Wednesday, I'm taking Piper to Disney world. *g* She's never been before and I think it's time she tried it. Not that I've been that much, but I've gone a couple of times.
I'm trying to decide if we should go to Disneyworld or land. Land is a little bit closer, not that it makes that much difference, but it's also a little smaller, so we might be able to see more. I'll have to talk it over with Piper and see what she thinks.
I know some folks on the almighty Blue Team might disagree with me, but there's something really exciting about consorting with the enemy, especially when the enemy is so beautiful. *g*
And speaking of the enemy, it looks like the enemy has made lunch for us!
