I didn't end up doing much last night (I know, I know...). I did end up running in to a couple of people, though, so at least there was that.
This is finally playing in Des Moines. I am very excited by this and plan to see it stat. What can I say? I have a filthy mind. This is playing in Des Moines, too (same theatre incidentally), and I am pretty interested in seeing it as well. I don't think it requires the filthy mind, though.
I need some reading recommendations. drewmg gave me a couple suggestions, but I need to build up a list since this current one is dwindling down fast. Besides - reading is fundemental.
I got a call last week from the Playhouse asking me if I would be a stage manager for an upcoming show. I had to say no. It was disappointing, to say the least. It is one thing to run sound for a show for two or three weeks and it is another to stage manage. There was just no way I could do it with my schedule. It is a vicious cycle.
