*too tired to think of a subject*

= My bosses have had plans to go to Cancun for the entire month of July for almost a year now. A few minutes ago, my Maintenance Supervisor (who is from Mexico), asked me in his adorable broken English if they were still going to go. I said that I hadn't heard that they canceled. His eyes got wide and said, "Yeah? Really? Mexico NO GOOD. NO GOOD." LOL It was the best moment of this very, very long day. Apparently his nephews are quite happy about the recent Swine Flu outbreak. Why? No school! Oh dear. Sometimes you have to laugh.

= I just realized I hadn't posted since I returned from North Carolina. Oops. I had a wonderful time! I still haven't uploaded my pictures, I'm just holding onto my memories in my head for a little while before I write it all down. It was everything I could've possibly hoped for, and livehead16 was a great companion/tour guide. *happy sighs*

= Speaking of trips, oft-mentioned, non-LJ buddy Koko left today for a two-week trip to Ireland. Aside from being insanely jealous, I don't know what to do! We talk nearly every day, so this is going to be very strange. *twirls thumbs*

= American Idol continues to make me laugh. Mostly because of all the conspiracy theories going around about last night. Is it SO hard to believe that Adam was in the bottom 3? Or bottom 2? Not that I don't think the AI producers are above such shenanigans, but c'mon. lol At this point, I just need Danny to leave next week, and then I won't care what happens. I'll be happy for my little puppy Kris to get 3rd, honestly. Let the rocker and the glambert fight it out in the end.

= Oops, I missed the birthday of Mr. Samuel Morse (Code). But Google didn't!

= Happiness is... the clock nearing 5pm, with a full slate of Thursday Night TV ahead of me. Have a good one! :) xoxo
