(no subject)
saturday night i was on my way to a rock show with some awesome ladies until i find out that the gas line in my car was punctured and gas was leaking/spraying from my car! marisa and i both immediately called our dad's who both told us to pull over and get out of the car before we explode. i eventually got my car back to brooklyn and went to talk to the mechanic today who tells me:
"your car has a lot of problems and your clutch is burning out. you shouldn't drive it in fifth gear, or outside the city. this car is really only good for driving around the block."
haha. so funny. my car is awesome! i'm hoping it will at least last till the end of this semester.
sunday at work it was really busy and i was yelling at people to move to the side when one of the servers/managers patti says: "fran, this is when you let out your inner top!!" and this woman who was waiting for her table heard her and started laughing at me. it was sort of embarrasing, but really funny.
and lastly--spring break. i need some new plans. maybe florida? i think i'm going to cancel my ticket for sunny san francisco. i wanted to go to LA to see the body worlds exhibit but now i don't think i want to do that. yeah, i'm really bad at making plans. maybe i will just stay home over break and work on my thesis!! <3
