Nifty "sculpey" replacement

A few months back my housemate was fixing a cabinet with this odd lump of clay... or so I thought...

It was a tube of Magnum Steel, an epoxy stick repair system. A light went on in my head, "It can be used for fursuits!"

This was several months ago... Life went on, cons came and went.

So today I was working on replacing the lost toeclaw on Zeit's foot. I first tried this stuff called, "Creative Paperclay." It proved to be a waste of several hours in the end.

Then I remembered about the epoxy repair stick and dug it out to give it a try. And I can say that it works awesomely. The claw still curing but it's quite hard now. A little bit of scrap that I had left over is now incredibly hard. This stuff takes about a hour to harden. But the hotter it is, the quicker it cures (This holds true the other direction, the colder it is the slower it cures).

This stuff is perfect for a fursuit repair kit for fixing those lost or broken claws. It comes in several different colors too.
Steel (Gray)
Copper (Brown? Haven't used this one)
Plastic/Marine (White)

Wash your hands after using this stuff, or wear gloves while handling, it's basically epoxy in a putty form.
