It got me thinking about ecofriendly housing again. Looks like alot has changed since I last checked them out a few years back..They've polished up a quite a bit. And a green roof doesn't actually bring the resale value of a house down anymore either.."Real estate valuers are predicting that retrofit green roofed buildings will improve in value by 5% to 10% at least."
