Heya guys,
Here's my recipe for that yummy vegan dip from yesterday.
Great for spreads too and add a bit of paprika, dill and sugar and it's great in coleslaws.I added some vegie soup powder(eg continental spring vegie soup, etc)for the one yesterday.
Cream Sauce:
2 warm potatoes, peeled, diced and boiled
1 cup soya milk (vitasoy calciplus)
2 Tbsp margarine
1 tsp vinegar or white wine to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
