Reading that, I realize I've experienced the scanlation scene from really early, around 2000. Does any of you happen to have the scanlation for Billy Bat vol 1 (ch.1-9)? I saw it in Kinokuniya today and was delighted to see a new Urasawa manga (yeah, slowpoke) but none of the DLs were working and Arienai's IRC channel doesn't provide much info on how to dl either :/
