Catching the next wave
It's possible that I'm a little overexcited that season 2 of Hawaii Five-0 starts airing next week. I love that show like burning and adore those characters so much. I've missed them a lot. It's a show that makes me incredibly happy and the fics for it do even more. I cannot wait for it to start all over again.
For those interested, here's a great promo for Hawaii Five-0 Season 2. There's a casting spoiler (though that's been out there for a while) and spoilers for episode 1 (probably). I'd still watch it though.
Also, I've heard news about Season 2 that makes me doubly happy - they're doing a crossover with NCIS: LA, another show that makes me giggly happy. The crossover will be the NCIS: LA character Kensi Bly appearing in a Hawaii Five-0 episode. I can't wait. Will a Hawaii character turn up in LA too in exchange? I really hope so.
Lastly I must share a fic. It's a great idea of what could have happened after the season 1 finale. It offers a great explanation for Rachel's actions, I doubt the show will give us something as good. It also develops nicely how the situations we were left with could have come about and how they could be solved. I truly cannot recommend this enough. It nails the characters perfectly and the feel of the show. It's how I hope that Hawaii Five-0 continues to be.
