The Florida United Numismatists is host to the nation's largest coin show held annually at the beginning of January. Summer FUN is held each year in July. Over 15,000 collectors and dealers from around the U.S. and the world converge on the sunshine state to participate in these exciting numismatic events. We would love to see you there!

Directions To The FUN Show At Orange County Convention Center Directions To Summer At Orange County Convention Center The Florida United Numismatists Young Numismatists (YN) Program has developed into one of the best in the country. The purpose of the YN program is to nurture those children through young adults in the hobby of numismatics.

The YN program is scheduled for Saturday morning. Each attendee must be a FUN YN member. YN dues are $5.00 per year and must be paid before they are allowed to attend the program. Sign in begins at 9 A.M. Bring a friend and be ready for lots of FUN.

Before the Clinic . . . Scouts must complete the following requirements:
1.Read the "Coin Collecting" Merit Badge Book. At the Clinic, we will review all of the requirements. Collect at least five (5) different state quarters.
2. Collect and bring a set of U.S. coins currently in circulation. This set must include a one cent piece, a nickel, a dime, a quarter, half dollar and dollar coin. The dates do not have to be the same. At least one coin from the Philadelphia and Denver Mints must be represented in the set.
3. Collect and bring a date set of U.S. coin. The set can be of any one denomination (1 cent, 5 cents, 10 cents or 25 cents) and must include one (1) coin of every year, from the year the Scout was born through 2010. Any mint is acceptable. All coins must be of the same denomination.
At the Clinic
At the Clinic . . .
There is no cost for this program. Everyone will learn about collecting U.S. coins, get great free material, and take home cool prizes. Bring only the coins required for the merit badge-leave the rest of your collection at home! Scouts will complete all other requirements during the Clinic. Adult leaders are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Attention Scout Leaders!

Please provide Scouts with signed Merit Badge Cards and ask them to complete all personal information (name, address, etc). Tell them to bring note pads, pencils and their completed type and date sets of coins. Remind Scouts to wear their uniforms. Scout Leaders should provide a copy of this flyer to Scouts planning to attend the clinic so they can study the requirements.
