All Young Numismatists are welcome. Please check in with Harry Schwartz at the show.
Be sure to stop by the new Young Collector's Table. It was established as a place where young numismatists can come to browse and purchase coins donated from the Richard White Memorial Fund & Others by redeeming their Young Collector Dollars.
Young Collector Dollar
Mr. Harry Schwartz is the acting instructor for this educational seminar geared towards those just entering the hobby. A Beginner’s Guide to Coin Collecting for Young Numismatists. This helpful seminar will introduce the many facets of coin collecting. The course will be ongoing with a new class offered at each coin show.

Gold Coast Coin Club, Inc. was established in 1961 by a group of active collectors and dealers. The club was created so that fellow hobbyist could share their knowledge and showcase their collections at regular club sponsored coin shows. Regular club meetings help continue club members education while introducing novice collectors to the hobby.
You may see the show referred to as the Hollywood Coin and Collectibles Show. However, the club was incorporated as a not-for-profit corporation under the name GOLD COAST COIN CLUB, INC.

Monthly Meetings Hollywood Coin Club Meetings are the First & Third Thursday of each Month
Topics : Discussion of ANA course material for the ANA Diploma Program.
ANA Diploma Program has 6 sections, 2 DVDs. All material to be covered in 6 sequential meetings, repeated each 3 months. (Participants have 2 years to finish program and receive their diploma.)
Note: We split the room in two with the sliding curtain to allow the people who did not want to hear the presentation, to talk and trade coins in one area, while the DVD is being shown in another area. We start the DVD at 6:30 pm, this allows us to do the 1 hour presentation before 7:30. Hope you make the next meeting.
