I recently re-read Bone Crossed to prepare for reading Silver Borne and was blown away (again). Reading it reminded me how much I liked the Mercy Thompson series and the development of the characters. I then read Silver Borne and liked it almost as much as Bone Crossed.

Not a full month after I made my New Year's resolutions, I'm breaking most of them. Due to a more demanding workload this semester, I'm not going to have to the time to post reviews about every book I read. My number one (reading) resolution is to keep up with writing reviews better. I'm still so far behind, but I'm working on catching up (kind of). To make it easier to measure, I'm not going to have any roll-over reviews: so every book I read in a month has to be reviewed before the month's over.
