Er, well... It might be easier to go to the Center...? That's where I always go when I get injured... But, ah... Really, if you want to avoid the worst of it, if you don't find the idea completely revolting, my suggestion should spare you some pain down the line.

Anyway, um... It might not sound like it, but getting it out of your system that way really will spare you from the worst of it. It's already too late to avoid it completely, but... Then again, telling a girl like her to make herself throw up kind of makes me feel like a monster...
