Um...I hate to say this because I've been there (oh have I been there) but when inanimate objects start talking to you...it's probably a bad thing :)

But it's not inanimate, it's software. You know, with Genuine People Personalities, it's not unusual for computers to talk to me. Of course, the Sirius Cybernetics Corporation was one of the first ones against the wall.
