waiting

i'm waiting for the moon cake festival.

why? to eat all the moon cakes i want and snow skin moon cakes owns.

they should make it at least thrice a year, instead of only once. once is way too pathetic and deprives me too much from such lovely food.

one of the fun stuff to do, is to go to the moon cake fair at Takashimaya! so much stuff to try out there. well, by the end of all that trying, you'll be so sick of moon cakes. anyway, we buy the same brand of moon cakes every year, so this is just for fun. it's best to go for this early though, as people tend to spit the stuff they don't like on the floor there. EWWWW... i know. well, just walk carefully then. some of the stuff there seriously tastes nasty, so i can understand why those people had the overwhelming urge to get it out of their mouths immediately. so this year, me and my sister are going to drag my brother and Serina along, as he's never been to this fair before. i can't wait! it'll be a blast. the trying bit is fun, but the criticising bit is way more fun.

besides moon cakes, the only other thing to do is to play with lanterns. well, in my past experiences, my lanterns have gone up in flames. so is paper lanterns a no-no for me? as if i give a damn. some things are much prettier when watching them burn, like my homework. touch my comics or other stuff and i swear, you'll be the one burning little pyro lol. fires are pretty. i guess no one is going to disagree with me that fireworks are brilliant stuff? they're so fun to watch.

i bought a plastic lantern last year though, in the shape of a yellow hideous giraffe. it's battery operated, so it lights up and plays ear-damaging, screechy music when you on the switch. the music is really bad. which is why me and my brother loved switching it on once in a while, in the middle of the night, last time. we're such lovely neighbours to have. who can beat my brother's sparkler made rocket? it went up in flames. such a fun invention.

for now, i'll just have to wait for the festival to come. when the time comes, the fun will all begin.
