Cha-cha-cha changes.
Earlier today Matt and I submitted our applications for Ridgeview Apartment Homes. It is literally 2 minutes away from Madeira Beach, we could feasibly walk there if we wanted to. A bike ride might be better though.
The killer selling points include: 1115 square feet, 2 months free rent, a dishwasher, 2 full bathrooms, huge laundry room, basketball court and a pool. There is also a Tennis court, but that means nothing to me.
We move in June 1st.
Also happening in June, I will be changing spa locations yet again. But instead of just moving across the street, I will be going to an entirely new area. I've been wanting to have a location along the beach for a while because basically that's where the best money is, and now I finally have one.
I'll be working out on Treasure Island, in the positively PRIME location of Central Avenue and Gulf Blvd. where EVERYTHING is at. The place I'll be working out of is called Paradise Spa, and up until now has been offering Massage as their sole service item. People call in all the time asking if they have facials... and now they do!
I can now charge $85 or more for an hour long facial which is soooo much better and honestly what I've thought I was worth all along.
I haven't told Linda yet, and I'm kind of scared to because I don't want to let her down. But I have to do this for me, I deserve more money and it's time I got it. This place is perfect and I have to go.
So we're packing up and heading in a totally new direction. I'm nervous but excited, and I can't wait to see how things turn out.
