Two degrees and no brain
Yesterday, being Monday, I had a physio appointment, and also, according to my hospital card, my six-week appointment with the surgeon who did my knee. I also had shopping, house tidying and a visit from the god-daughter's mother on her way through from Paris to Bristol. I was very efficient, and organised, and fit everything in nicely, even making a nice batch of biscuits. The problem was that I hadn't looked at that appointment card properly, and both appointments were for today. Ho hum... At least the receptionist had a good laugh.
Anyway, this morning it was snowing heavily, but luckily it hadn't stuck on the ground much, and I made it to the physio department again without falling over. I've improved enough to go to the Knee Group, which is tomorrow, otherwise I would be spending the whole day on the sofa under a pile of duvets. The surgeon was also very pleased with my progress, and I don't have to see him again until March. When it will be spring...
