Well, the brother is off to Forn Parts again next week, and won't be back until at least the New Year. After some problems meeting up (he was waiting at Grays Inn Road, while I'd just arrived at Whitehall), we had a pleasant drink together, I showed him pictures of the wedding last week, and some presents were exchanged, notably the new Naomi

Your nephew is 18? Do you know how much a young man like that can eat? Immense amounts and what his father gave you may not even cover the half of it.

I am always seriously impressed at how much Vicki's boyfriend eats when they're here for dinner. Granted he's very tall but there's not an ounce of fat on him so I'm not sure where it all goes.

That sounds like Ollie (the nephew). I think I'll just make vats of stew and soup and let him get on with it.
