Gearing up for NaNoWriMo!
So yeah, I haven't updated in a while. Things have been hectic. Work, family, school, relationship, etc.
I'm single now. And I'm actually kind of glad about that. I need to get out on my own, be myself, and all that other existential bullshit people say when they really just want to go out and get laid. XP
And so I was hanging out with a friend very, very early this morning. He told me I should write for NaNoWriMo. National Novel Writing Month. Basically it's a challenge: Write a 50,000+ word novel between Nov. 1 and Nov. 30. I spent a good bit of the day debating whether or not I was going to do it. In the end, excitement won out over trepidation. I need to do this, for myself. Just to prove that I can finish something. Catharsis is an awesome word. XD
So at 12:00 midnight, I'll be writing. I'll probably post some kind of update or excerpt every few days or so. Not that anyone will read it lol.
