Men-o-pause? Or just the T? Both? Will it go away eventually?

It wasn't in the tags that I could see...

I am 27 years old.  I have been on hormones since July 22nd, 2008.  Before that, all of my hormone levels were abysmally "normal."  No visible monthly evilness since probably November......and that was spotty.

I went to the doctor with complaints of overall body pain (mostly lower back, shoulders, and my thumbs- especially my right one which is still very swollen from some unknown injury [did ice & heat and wore a splint for a month] back in late November or early December), persistent migraines unhelped by 500-1500 mg of Aleve (prescribed) and 20 mg. muscle relaxers (also prescribed) a day, inability to sleep for more than 2 hours without medication's help, mood instability (I cry at the drop of a hat right now...NEVER had this before...I mean I cried, but not at everything.), frequent hot and cold spells, and almost no sex drive (and no desire really either 'cept for about 3 hours after my weekly injection of T).

When I told her my symptoms, she prescribed me 25 mg. Elavil (amitryptaline) to be taken at night for "stress-induced chronic fibromyalgia."  The doctor knew I was on T and I asked if that might be causing it.  She didn't seem to think so.  I am a little skeptical of her analysis of my condition, but it has lessened the pain (it's been a week) and decreased the number of migraines I have had, as well as provided me with longer mostly restful sleep.  However, still in pain during the day and it's starting to get worse again.  The mood thing has really hurt my relationship with my boyfriend.  We are on a break right now, because my symptoms made me feel very antisocial and selfish and I wanted to avoid causing him pain.  I really hope it is temporary and I can fix this.

According to Wikipedia, WebMD, and several other dubious sources on and offline- I am experiencing symptoms of menopause.

So my question is...is this menopause, fibromyalgia, some effect of T, something else?  And whatever this is, will it go away on its own?  If so, how long until it does?  If not, what do I need to do?  I called the endo who prescribes my T, but the nurse never got back to me.  I'm going to try again tomorrow morning.  Any thoughts?
