     The people in my building kick ass for the most part.   There are a lot of guys that like to cook.  So I have amazing Asian food on a fairly regular basis from people that go to the store, buy meat and vegetables, and through some alchemic process that I am totally in awe of, produce dishes of such succulence (and sometimes exoticism) that
