You know what annoys me? When people say that you have full, complete freedom and you are the complete master of your destiny. I mean, you can decide things but there are factors that can limit and stop you. Disease, violence, nature, humans, natural boundaries, etc. Your choices are therefore limited by all these things though you have the ability to choose out of a limited set.

If I'm being held at gun-point I can't just stand unless I want to get shot. If I'm locked in a cell then I can't certainly escape without either an outside source or some brilliance on my part. My options are therefore limited, though I have choice. We always have at least one choice we can make but to a certain degree enviroment, emotion, nature, disease, genetics, raising, and all those lovely things control us.

To say they don't is pure folly I'd say.

Me and Lynod have had a conversation. There are somethings I want to point out. Not in defense of my views, but actually compliments to Lynod and how he's changed over the years I've known him.

We're not going to agree on this point, me and Lynod. We may never will. However, his arguments never became "I'm getting mad at you for not seeing my side of things." They were, "I disagree, and this is why." He held to his points, he never grew childish, and he even admitted that I may be right, but he couldn't accept it, in essence, because he didn't have the experiences or perspective that would allow it.

It was the most mature argument I've ever seen him put forth, and shows how much he has grown and changed as an individual. How much he's grown up.

Just wanted to give you the chance to see that your efforts at becoming a better man are noticed Lynod.
