Too Much Sleep
I was quite worried that while teenagedethgrrl was away in America that I would get quite down and depressed and things would not go very well at all. But so far, so good. She has only been gone less than a week and it is another two whole weeks before she returns but so far my mood has been okay.
However, I am not exactly being productive at exactly the time that I need to be. For some reason my need for sleep has gone through the roof and I have missed pretty much all of today due to being in bed. I haven't yet arranged a craft fair for this weekend and I fear it is going to be too late now plus I still have quite a bit of stuff to move across to Longsight and then finally move out of here in Levenshulme. I think I would be much more inspired to do that if there were internet and television over there but there isn't either and I can't see a way to get it as there is not a working BT line and Virgin (who I'm with now) do not serve the street. Incredible to think that an inner city terraced street in Manchester is not cabled up by Virgin!
So now I am going to try and sort out a few more things that I can take across while leaving the essentials that I need here like the modem, wireless access point, stereo etc. Ian is supposed to be coming round to visit later so I'll leave the spare bed made up for him so he can stay if he so wishes.....I could do with an evening of sorting, relaxing and reflecting really but if he does stay it will probably be a good thing as he can help with the final things tomorrow.
