Living Room
A day spemt in Longsight has yielded progress :)
I got the sofas moved around, decided I didn't like them that way so had another move around much the annoyance of milliedog who was trying to sleep on the big sofa! Once those were in a position I was happy with I moved the bookcase from one alcove to the other and scratched my head about what to do next.
Fortunately I got a text from Ian asking if I was in. Having directed him to Longsight house he duly arrived and was soon helping me move a rather heavy filing cabinet upstairs out of the living room and into the study. Followed by some assistance assembling a flat pack television stand that I bought back in 1995...I knew it would come in handy one day!
Now the living room is livable so next I need to make a start on the back bedroom. But for now I'm back in Levenshulme and going to take a bit of a nap before starting on more packing and hopefully getting to talk to teenagedethgrrl before bedtime...timezones are such a pain!
