The Great Return
Well teenagedethgrrl left for America yesterday morning and has arrived safely in San Francisco. Understandably she went to bed early and I spoke to earlier today - morning for her and afternoon for me. For some reason she is missing home already when she should be enjoying her holiday!
I have been left with the task of doing the final part of the move back to Longsight. I've cleared enough of the garden that the dogs can use it now and we packed much of the stuff and moved it over before teenagedethgrrl went. Today I've taken yet another load over and now completely filled the dining room with boxes! This has also meant that I've run out of empty boxes so need to unpack some before I can load any more stuff.
Tomorrow the letting agency are bringing someone round so doggies and I will be out at t'other house which should give opportunity to do some unpacking. I'd move the last few things across if it wasn't for not havikng internet or television there; the latter I can do without but I don't think I can exist without internet! I was going to spend the night there tonight but I think it's a bit late now so shall go across in the morning.
