I was just waiting for them to prove me correct
Sadly, I have been proven accurate. The Democratic party produced an ad misrepresenting what Mitt Romney said recently about the poor. Granted, his statement was poorly worded, and I disagree with almost everything he says, but it was not, "I don't care about the very poor."
The entire quote from Mitt Romney:
“I’m not concerned about the very poor; we have a safety net there. If it needs repair, I’ll fix it. I’m not concerned about the very rich, they’re doing just fine. I’m concerned about the very heart of the America, the 90 percent, 95 percent of Americans who right now are struggling, and I’ll continue to take that message across the nation.”
