So Karl has been teething for a while, evidenced by his massive drooling. He regularly gums on my finger or knuckle, but today he did that and I jumped because it felt like a pin stabbed me. Sure enough, I looked at his gums and the bottom front has a little red mark where his tooth is cutting through. When he chomps down, the tooth gets exposed and I now get bit.
