Snow, snow... and oh look, more snow.

This week has been weird. It started on Sunday. It snowed. It snowed a lot. It snowed all day long. And then came Monday morning, walking to school at 7:30 am. It was hard to get around at first, but I managed (almost). It was still snowing that morning, not as much as Sunday, but still. I have go through a forest to get to school, and walking there was an experience on it's own. I felt like I was the only person who had survived the blizzard, with the snow falling slowly, the wind not blowing, no birds singing, just the trees covered in snow as my company. That sounds like some book, doesn't it? But it's true, the forest looked like the Land of Narnia that morning, seriously. I wish I'd taken some pictures, to show you.

Well, today's Friday, and let me tell you, this morning was completely different to Monday. You wouldn't have believed what Monday had looked like if you had only seen Friday. Hope that made sense. It rained last night. And most of the show had by morning turned into to wet, cold, sleet. Yeah. You know, that mixture of snow and rain, which you can't make snowballs out of but they don't turn into puddles either. Yeah, you know. I hate it, you hate it, we all hate it. It sucks. And so did Friday morning. Why? Let's just say it wasn't my best decision to wear tennis shoes.
