skyped with noel yesterday...as usual, i tend to think alot after our conversations lol
she mentioned that one of her friends is really passionate about accounting, and that she can really see God working in that field. that friend's in one of the big 4, so basically she's on that road that i never managed to get on.

u know what, queer person, i think u r over thinking this. ever since i decided there is no god-god, there is only happiness, the creative power of the universe, peace and fellowship, life has gotten a lot more chipper. i still believe in god, but hardly one with the human characteristics most religions ascribe to it. what if they just had to use something relatable to describe the infinite circulating energy of the universe?

think of it this way. there is no purpose other than for you to be truly happy. if u r truly happy u can share that joy with others. good works are nothing without joy. lack of joy does not produce good works. so if the key is joy, just do what makes u happy and stop beating urself up and wondering this or that or if there's an external higher power u need to be close to or united with. be ok with urself, and see how that works for u. cos yes, there is a power out there, and it's the same powers in urself. there's not much of a difference.

if it's not for u, it's not for u. god is everywhere. u get with god by being happy. if u're not happy, stop 2nd guessing it because that's when u're not with god.
