Read these last 2 parts back-to-back, and omg they were great! I loved the idea of Giles flying off to Rome to - hopefully - lay his heart before Buffy. But now . . . I'm worried, 'cause will Buffy think he's only saying he loves her because of the baby? Things just never seem to be easy for them - singly or together. But, there will be happy ending, yes?

Seriously -- I'm enjoying this one a bunch, although I am a bit curious what sort of demon drugs are in the atmosphere of that pub to make Buffy's mood turn around so fast. And how can I find them?

I think it's just Buffy's mindset. She associates pubs with Giles...Giles calms her because she loves him so much.

Even when he's the one to have upset her.

Or...

We can just blame it on the hormones.

Wow. She really loves him. I think the pub might make me more unhappy. Although, hormones are totally unpredictable. Especially at the beginning and the end. I do not miss that at all. Monthly weirdness is bad enough.

I have to admit, this isn't exactly where I wanted the chapter break. But...if it wasn't going to be there, the chapter was going to be far too long.

And for some reason LJ doesn't like it when I try to post really long chapters. *LOL*
