New Year.....And Not Dead Yet!
I suppose that under the circumstances, I shouldn't be quite so flippant with my subject line. My Grandmother Messenger passed over the holidays as well as an old friend from OtaKon. Still, It has been an ongoing theme in my journal and I am loathe to give it up.
This last year, while full of trials and heartache has also been full of friends, love and discovery. And this! This is a new year folks! Time to stamp it in the way we wish to go, and set the course of coming adventures.
That in mind....I have this years resolutions.
*To reorganize the bookshelves in such a way that OTHER people know where to find things
*To start and FINISH that quilt sitting in my sewing bin
*To try and write something every day, even if it is just a grocery list
*To find a mentor for the "Raspberry Fudge Ripple" parts of my life
*To practice kissing with my SO, because really, that man is just to fun to kiss!!
*To remember to have fun, even if I don't want to
*To tease my sisters, harass my brothers, love my mother and work nicely with my father
*To love more, not less
