Definately getting better at this updating thing. If I wake up an hour before classes/shifts, there's no excuse not for me to update.
Or to study, but that's a whole different story. =P
So anyway, just a quick recap, 'cause the more I think about it, the more I'm thinking I want breakfast before work. Or Starbucks. But I'm really trying to limit myself to one SB a week. =/ BUT in all fairness, the Starbucks I had yesterday I used their "oopsie" coupon, so that didn't come out of my weekly Starbucks allowance... so hmm. Maybe. Depends on my getting dress motivation here in an hour.
YAY for picking up shifts! That was my superhappy for yesterday afternoon. Brooke called me while I was out shopping (oh lord, and shopping did I do. I actually did better than I thought I did, but that's...yeah;; in a sec.) and asked if I wanted her shift tonight; and 90% chance of her Weds night. Now if I can score a Wed morning and a Thursday morning I'd be set for the week. =D And next week actually. Haha.
But yes, the shopping. Oh wow, I started at what...One? No let's think..what'd I do yesterday. I went to my 11:30 class (eh, at 11:50, but who's counting right?) and then left there and got lunch (I frown upon the Arby's on Cherry Rd..... fyi. My wholeheart'd stamp of disapproval. A smile isn't that hard guys!! I smile at mean people all day.. it's fun! AND I'm a sweet person. Especially to people touching my food. =P) ....And after the getting of the lunch I went to The Jenn && Ashley's to pick up my stuff (*hearts*!!)...which led me to Carolina Place... Where I spent an like, 1.5 HOURS in Spencers. It was crazy. At the point you're in a store long enough to hear the same song TWICE... *shakes head* =) And.. I went to Starbucks (mmm...free oopsie coupon) and then I went to Hallmark and read like EVERY card they had. Mhm. Every one. Never picked one out. Couldn't decide; too many choices. =) But there was some darn cute ones. =D If I had like, kids and stuff, I'd be twice as obessive on Valentine's Day. I'd be like..the Santa of Valentine's.... I guess that'd be Cupid.. but that's weird in reference to your children..... =/ *in thought* Ah. Then I went to....CVS. 'Cause I wanted to look at their stuff, but my old manager was working on the Valentine's aisle and the creepy photolab guy was in, so I just grabbed a drink and made with the quick escape. =D Then I went to Target...checked out THEIR stuff... Gosh I love Valentine's Day. =D so much fun stuff. And it's all so pretty. And glittery. Why so glittery? Messy messy. Then I went to the OTHER CVS;; since I still hadn't looked there lol. And that's when I realized it was 5:45 and I was going to be late to Dr. Monell's class (ruh rohhh). Blah blah. Class. Movie in class. Kinda interesting; NYC Prosecutors. Those guys have it ROUGHH.
Then off to MORE shopping. Like, two hours at Wal-Mart and another hour or so at Walgreens (24 Hour stores adore me..)
But usually when I do that much shopping I only end up with like three things. =D This time I actually did good. I had to use the laundry basket I got for my trunk about two weeks ago (If you've ever seen the Shack's trunk; you understand) to carry everything in at once. Pretty heavy load. =D
Ughh. Speaking of Dr. Monell's class. I've got to start thinking of a topic for my paper(s). No fun. Maybe I'll do that during our slow period at work today. While I rewrite my list of 'things to do'...or at least update it. =D
I still need to......do a lot. I'm half-tempted to sing 'I've got the list that never ends..oh yes, it goes on and on my friends"...
Anyway. Plans for the rest of the week include (incase I don't have the chance to get on much)...
