As luck would have it, I wasn't feeling too hot last night and it's kind of lingered into this morning. Once this headache and general feeling of crumminess goes away, I shall begin my workout regimen with gusto!
And no, I'm not using this as an excuse to get out of it. I really want to do this, but when it hurts to move, it's probably not a good idea to over-exert myself.
