This weekend, I ran two 5ks. One for the Wild Conservation Society at the Bronx Zoo and another for Special Olympics New Jersey through the Lincoln Tunnel. My race time for the second race was 34:06 (for three miles), which is about an 11 minute mile. Pretty respectable, considering in high school it took me about a half-hour to do ONE mile.
