Now buried in the FILTH of a NATION

Not really filth, but I have moved to DC. I'm here at last and I'm feeling pretty good about things. My professor is nice and the program is really well set up.

So over half my floor seems to be french. There is a cultural exchange going on. I'm teaching them about democracy and they're teaching me the correct way to pronounce Montreal. Its like Morrrrrrrayal in french.
Its really funny when they say "I 'ope dis greasse Amerikan fud dossont mack mi fat" I like my roomate Nicholai and my neighbor Anton, both from Paris. We've worked out 'n stuff. Teaching them the secrets of the only 110% American I know. AH-NULD. The gym here is very nice, spacious and best of all CLEAN.

I couldn't ship my monitor down here. It cost $80 so I'm buying a nice 17" flatscreen from BestBuy a block away from here. In the end I win because it'll be a better monitor that I'll have. In the meantime I'm forced to sit here in this lab with a bunch of poor kids who are from Columbia and Argentina. Time to print resumes.
