[movie rec] Chuecatown (2008)
You have got to see this movie!
It's a silly comedy with a detective plot. The main characters are a gorgeous gay real estate agent with the small flaw of being a psychopath, a gay couple (both "bears" and X-men fans), an annoying "step-mother" (that dries cats in the microwave), a phobic middle-aged woman detective and her son of questionable sexuality that would do anything for his mother's affection. The other characters are equally crazy and the story seems to flow naturally from the interactions between these insane personalities.
By the way, the bear couple is just ridiculously cute. I'm usually into the "bishonen" type of gay couples, but in this case even I was going "awww" when there was a scene with them being lovey-dovey.
