From our realtor: I did receive a bit of good news today, your file is now showing on the banks website as “Held”… I believe it is the last stage before approval; the site shows the timeline as “new” -> “negotiating” -> “held” -> “accepted.” Hopefully I will have even better news for you next week ( Read more... )

Well, the storm that hit weekend before last did a number on our property. We lost 3 sections of our back fence and a few tiles from the rook. The landlord is coming over tomorrow night to see what it's going to take to get it all fixed *sigh*.
